Do my guests need an app?
No. The guidebook opens in the browser after scanning the QR code — Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, every iOS and Android phone. No download, no account required.
Do I have to enable every module?
No, you pick exactly what you want to show. Each module (Wi-Fi, services, reviews, menu, recommendations…) can be enabled or hidden in one click. You don't have to display a module just because it exists — if you don't offer services, you don't enable it.
Can I show a module only at certain times?
Yes. Each module has an optional visibility rule: pick the days of the week and time ranges when it should appear. For instance, show the Reviews module only on departure mornings, or the Menu only during meal hours. Outside those windows, the module is hidden — automatically.
Can I edit my guidebook after creating it?
Yes, anytime and as often as you like. The QR code stays the same — nothing to reprint. You edit, save, and your guests see the new version immediately.
How does the Google Reviews module work?
Two modes depending on your preference. Default: during the stay, your guests can privately flag an issue — you can fix it before they leave. Between 6 AM and 12 PM, the guidebook shows an invitation to leave a Google review. Simplified mode available: if you prefer, the Google link is always shown, with no private feedback nor time rules.
Does AI translation refresh when I edit my content?
Not automatically — you decide. After a meaningful edit, you re-run the translation in one click from the Languages page. Only the languages you've enabled are re-translated.
How does payment work?
